Direction to all HODs and subject coordinators to seek the necessary information from concerned students regarding their vaccination status

In view of the Govt. decision regarding opening of Higher Education Institutions in JK, while ensuring vaccination of staff and students for starting Physical classwork. This is to be made amply clear to the students that their entry into College premises/classrooms will be subject to the production of vaccination certificates issued by the competent Authority. Students not in possession of vaccination certificates will not be able to avail off-line teaching/learning as and when it starts in the College.

In this backdrop, it is impressed upon all HODs and subject coordinators to seek the necessary information from concerned students regarding their vaccination status. The information should be sought separately for each semester as per the format given below.

Whether vaccinated (Yes/No)

Certificate No.

The HODs/subject coordinators will create separate Google links for each semester and share the same in their classes for quick response. The information must reach this office by 02:00 PM on 2nd September so that the same is forwarded to concerned quarters in time.

Further HODs/subject coordinators will also send the vaccination status of their departmental staff (all categories) on the same date.
