Department of Zoology in collaboration with IQAC of Govt. Degree College Ganderbal hosted JK Scientists outreach – 2022 offline interactive event on 21st May, 2022. The event was conducted in the Conference Hall of the college and started with the welcome address by Dr. Sheikh Tanveer Salam (Coordinator IQAC) in which he introduced the guest scientists to the audience. The welcome address was followed by the Presidential Address from Principal of the College Prof. Fouzia Fatima in which she urged students of the college to avail this golden opportunity of interacting and developing contacts with the guest scientists of JK Scientists group to get the necessary guidance and mentoring for carving their careers in academics and research. This was followed by introductory speech by Dr. Zahida Qamri who is presently working as Research Regulator and QA Coordinator in Cleveland Clinic, Ohio, USA.
